Then I realised that my younger daughter had swimming for endorphins and my elder daughter went roller blading with her friend, so both of them had the feel good hormones released.
What about mummy? Mummy badly needed one. My husband was out of town and I was feeling rather low and needed that pick me up feeling.
I had to go YOGA!!
And on a Saturday Night, YOga I did. I made my way to the yoga studio, just in time for my HOT YOGA.
Something I really needed.
It was just one hour, but an hour which did wonders to me :-)
